Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Coconut oil - 30 grams, melted
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Guava paste - 150 grams
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the melted coconut oil, honey, and egg to the almond flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter).
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the guava paste, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and melted.
  6. Pour the guava mixture into the prepared tart crust, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake the tart in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
