- Guava paste - 150 grams

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and a pinch of salt.
- Add the melted coconut oil, honey, and egg to the almond flour mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a small tart pan (approximately 15 cm in diameter).
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the guava paste, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Pour the guava mixture into the prepared tart crust, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the tart in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
