- Corn tortillas - 4

Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to create a marinade.
- Place the flank steak in the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Once cooked, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- While the steak is resting, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- To assemble, place some sliced steak on each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, and serve with a side of guacamole.
