  • Onion (finely chopped) - 1 small
  • Bell pepper (diced) - 1/2 medium
  • Tomato (diced) - 1 medium
  • Mexican cheese blend (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Lime (juiced) - 1 medium
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  2. Add the bell pepper and cook for an additional 2 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes).
