  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Salsa (store-bought or homemade) - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, and red onion.
