- Firm tofu - 200 grams

- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
- Red cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Salsa (optional) - to taste
Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cubed tofu to the bowl and toss until all pieces are well coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned tofu. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
- While the tofu is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
- To assemble the tacos, place crispy tofu on each tortilla, then top with shredded red cabbage, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and salsa on the side for added flavor.
