  • pineapple - 100 grams, diced
  • fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the flank steak with salt and black pepper, then sear it for about 4-5 minutes on each side until it's cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing it thinly.
