- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
- Fresh cilantro - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Jalapeño pepper - 1 small, seeded and chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the beef flank steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

- Remove the beef from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing sliced beef on each tortilla and drizzling with the cilantro salsa. Serve immediately.
