- beef flank steak - 300 grams
- lime juice - 30 ml
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- cumin - 1 teaspoon
- paprika - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- corn tortillas - 4 small
- fresh cilantro - 20 grams
- onion - 50 grams, diced
- salsa verde - 50 grams
- avocado - 1 medium, sliced
Steps
- Marinate the beef flank steak in lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Place the marinated steak on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
