- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces (6-inch size)
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Onion - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
- Radishes - 1/2 cup, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade for the beef.
- Coat the flank steak with the marinade and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated flank steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
