  • Chipotle in adobo sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • Red onion - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pork cubes, minced garlic, chipotle in adobo sauce, cumin, oregano, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated pork. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is browned and cooked through.
