  • onion - 1 small, diced
  • cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until translucent.
