- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Ripe mango - 1 medium, diced
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Jalapeño - 1 small, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
Steps
