Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chipotle peppers, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and lime juice to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the chicken marinates, prepare the toppings: chop the pineapple, dice the red onion, and slice the radishes and avocado.
