Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
