  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, diced
  • Fresh avocado - 1, sliced
  • Salsa - 1/2 cup

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
