  • Salsa - 100 grams (for serving)

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add diced bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Season the chicken breast with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding it with two forks.
  7. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
