  • Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Chopped bell peppers - 50 grams
  • Sliced black olives - 30 grams
  • Chopped fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, then add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and 50 grams of tomato sauce, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  3. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Place the gluten-free taco shells on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the remaining tomato sauce evenly inside each taco shell.
  6. Spoon the seasoned beef mixture into each taco shell, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese, bell peppers, and black olives.
