Ingredients

  • White fish fillets (like tilapia or cod) - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Salsa verde - 1/2 cup
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. While the fish is marinating, prepare the salsa verde by blending fresh tomatillos, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  3. Preheat a grill or grilling pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. To assemble the tacos, place grilled fish on each tortilla, top with salsa verde, chopped onion, cilantro, and sliced radishes.
  6. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
