  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Cabbage (finely shredded) - 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create the marinade.
  2. Add the fish fillets to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the fish is marinating, prepare the lime crema by mixing the Greek yogurt with remaining lime juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
