- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Corn tortillas - 4 small
- Cabbage (finely shredded) - 1 cup
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 1/4 cup
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the tamarind paste, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to create the marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, prepare the lime crema by mixing the Greek yogurt with remaining lime juice and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
