  • Pineapple (fresh, diced) - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 30 grams
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Red onion (thinly sliced) - 30 grams
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and chili powder, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked through and flaky.
