- Red cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced

- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated fish for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
- Remove the fish from the skillet and break it into large pieces.
- In the same skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Spread a thin layer of guava paste on each tortilla.
- Add pieces of the cooked fish on top of the guava paste.
- Top with sliced red cabbage and chopped cilantro.
