  • Guava paste - 50 grams
  • Corn tortillas - 4 small
  • Red cabbage - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated fish for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
  3. Remove the fish from the skillet and break it into large pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. Spread a thin layer of guava paste on each tortilla.
  6. Add pieces of the cooked fish on top of the guava paste.
  7. Top with sliced red cabbage and chopped cilantro.
  8. Fold the tortillas and serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
