- Radishes - 4 (thinly sliced)
Steps
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Coat the fish fillets with the marinade and let them sit for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated fish in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.
