- Corn tortillas - 4 small (6-inch)
- Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Avocado - 1 small, sliced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the fish fillets, lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated fish and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Once the fish is done, remove it from the skillet and break it into bite-sized pieces.
