  • Walnuts - 100 grams, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado - 1, sliced

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas on a griddle or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  5. To assemble the tacos, place a generous spoonful of the walnut mixture onto each tortilla. Top with avocado slices and radish slices.
  6. Fold the tortillas over the filling and serve immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
