- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped walnuts to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the walnuts to toast slightly.
- Stir in the chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Remove the skillet from heat and set aside.
- Warm the corn tortillas on a griddle or in a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
