- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Corn tortillas - 4 small

Steps
- Prepare the nopales: Rinse the cactus paddles under cold water, then remove the thorns and slice them into strips.
- Boil the nopales in salted water for about 10 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
