Steps
- Boil the diced potato in a pot of salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
