  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges (for serving)

Steps

  1. Boil the diced potato in a pot of salted water for about 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
