  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Radishes - 4, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the cooked white beans, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, mashing the beans slightly with a fork until well combined and heated through.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.
  4. In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
