- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the cooked white beans, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, mashing the beans slightly with a fork until well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
