- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

- Black pepper - to taste
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salsa - 100 grams
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and place them in a bowl.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the asparagus, tossing to coat evenly.
- Spread the asparagus on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast in the oven for 15 minutes until tender.
- While the asparagus is roasting, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Once the asparagus is done, remove it from the oven and drizzle with lime juice.
- To assemble the tacos, place 3-4 asparagus spears on each tortilla, top with sliced avocado, salsa, and chopped cilantro.
