- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
- Lime - 1 (cut into wedges)

- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a medium pot, boil water and add the diced potatoes. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the Halal chorizo to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
