- Pork belly - 300 grams

- Corn tortillas - 4 pieces

- Salsa verde - 1/4 cup
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 1 liter (for boiling)
Steps
- Cut the pork belly into small cubes (about 1 inch in size).
- In a pot, add the pork belly, salt, pepper, and enough water to cover the meat. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes until the pork is tender.
- Remove the pork from the pot and let it drain for a few minutes.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the drained pork belly and cook until the pieces are crispy, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even crisping.
- Once crispy, remove the chicharrón from the skillet and set aside.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a portion of crispy chicharrón on each tortilla.
- Top with chopped red onion, cilantro, sliced radishes, and drizzle with lime juice and salsa verde.
