- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Beef or chicken broth - 250 ml
- Corn tortillas - 4
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
- Avocado - 1, sliced

Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped onion, chipotle peppers, cumin, oregano, black pepper, salt, lime juice, and broth to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Then, shred the chicken using two forks.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shredded chicken on each tortilla, and top with chopped cilantro, radishes, avocado slices, and a drizzle of sour cream.
