- Salt - 1 teaspoon

- Beef broth (Halal) - 250 ml
- Tortillas (corn or flour) - 4 pieces
- Sour cream - 60 grams
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Radishes - 4, thinly sliced
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the wild boar shoulder with lime juice, minced garlic, chopped onion, cumin, oregano, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the meat evenly.
- Place the seasoned wild boar in a slow cooker and pour in the beef broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
- Once cooked, remove the wild boar from the slow cooker and shred the meat with two forks. Return the shredded meat to the slow cooker and mix with the remaining juices.
- Warm the tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- To assemble the tacos, place a generous amount of the shredded wild boar onto each tortilla, then top with chopped cilantro, slices of avocado, and thinly sliced radishes.
