  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, diced
  • Tomato - 1 medium, diced
  • Avocado - 1 small, sliced
  • Salsa verde - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  5. Once cooked, let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
  6. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
