  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine the chopped cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, red onion, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for about 5 minutes.
  2. While the salsa is marinating, warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
