- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Avocado - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, diced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Jalapeño - 1, sliced (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
- While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the lettuce wraps by rinsing and drying the romaine leaves.
