  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, finely chopped
  • Jalapeño - 1, sliced (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, stirring occasionally.
