  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Taco seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Refried black beans - 100 grams
  • Sour cream - 50 grams
  • Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
  • Diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Sliced jalapenos - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime wedges - 2

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a thick circle (approx. 1 cm thick) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the dough circles in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  5. While the dough is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Once the dough is done, remove it from the oven and spread a layer of refried black beans on top of each pizza base.
  7. Add the seasoned ground beef evenly over the beans.
  8. Top each pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos.
  9. Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
