Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each portion into a thick circle (approx. 1 cm thick) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the dough circles in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- While the dough is baking, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then add taco seasoning and a splash of water. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Once the dough is done, remove it from the oven and spread a layer of refried black beans on top of each pizza base.
- Add the seasoned ground beef evenly over the beans.
- Top each pizza with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapenos.
- Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, chopped cilantro, and lime wedges.
