  • Refried beans - 1/2 cup
  • Sour cream - 1/4 cup
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Red onion (finely chopped) - 1/4 cup
  • Feta cheese (crumbled) - 50 grams
  • Lime - 1 (cut into wedges)
  • Salsa (optional) - to taste

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corn masa flour, water, and salt to form a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each into a small disk, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the masa disks for about 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly golden and cooked through.
