  • Chicken or vegetable broth - 500 milliliters
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, carrot, and celery; sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.
