- Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
- Lime juice - 3 tablespoons
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1/4 medium, thinly sliced

- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower until it resembles rice, then steam for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Let the cauliflower cool, then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and firm.
- While the crust bakes, marinate the shrimp in lime juice, jalapeño, salt, and olive oil for about 10 minutes.
- Once the crust is done, remove it from the oven and top with cucumber, red onion, and marinated shrimp.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp are cooked through.
