- Peanut butter (natural, unsweetened) - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- In a medium skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent.

- In a separate pot, add the rinsed shirataki noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse again.
- Combine the shirataki noodles with the mole sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat the noodles evenly.
