  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
