- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

- Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Salsa verde - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Queso fresco - 50 grams, crumbled
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties, about 2 cm thick.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the toppings by slicing the avocado and crumbling the queso fresco.
