Ingredients
- Almond flour - 1 cup

- Cream cheese - 90 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

- Chorizo (cooked and crumbled) - 100 grams
- Queso Oaxaca or mozzarella cheese (for topping) - 1 cup
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Sour cream - for serving
- Jalapeños (sliced) - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- While the crust is baking, cook the chorizo in a pan over medium heat until browned and crispy. Set aside.
