  • Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 200 milliliters
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then add them to a blender along with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, water, and salt.
