- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the huitlacoche to the skillet, seasoning with salt and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and slightly browned.
- Divide the huitlacoche mixture evenly among two tortillas, topping each with shredded queso Oaxaca and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
