- heavy cream - 100 ml
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- gelatin powder - 1 teaspoon
- water - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over 2 tablespoons of water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the unsweetened almond milk, heavy cream, unsweetened cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla extract.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cocoa and sweetener are fully dissolved and the mixture is heated through but not boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
