Steps

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and brown them on both sides for about 5-7 minutes.
