- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Radishes - 100 grams, sliced
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
- Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
