  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Cumin - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Radishes - 100 grams, sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and let any excess drip off.
  5. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. Once cooked, remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice the chicken and serve it with avocado slices, radishes, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
