  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Avocado - 1, sliced
  • Tomato - 1, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
