Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Vegan chorizo - 150 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red onion - 1 small, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
  • Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
  • Dairy-free cheese - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced red onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. Add the vegan chorizo to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Spread the chorizo mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle dairy-free cheese generously on top of the chorizo mixture.
  8. Add sliced black olives on top of the cheese.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice before serving.
