- Red bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
- Black olives - 50 grams, sliced
- Dairy-free cheese - 100 grams
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add sliced red onion and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the vegan chorizo to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread the chorizo mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
